Highlights of Secured Environmental Convictions

The following environmental convictions were secured in April:

  • Farm Gerard Renaud Inc. pleaded guilty to groundwater violations and was fined $8,000 [Govt. News Release, April 28]
  • The town of Lytton Montcerf was fined $3,600 for using a boat ramp without the required C of A [Govt. News Release, April 22]
  • Canadian Tire Val d’Or pleaded guilty to a pesticide violation and was fined $4,000 [Govt. News Release, April 15].
